At Custom Chem Supplies, we aim to process and deliver your orders quickly and reliably. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 midday (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched the same day.

  • Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 12:00 midday will be dispatched the following working day.

  • Weekend & Bank Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Options & Costs

  • Standard UK Delivery: Free of charge (typically 2–3 working days).

  • Next Day UK Delivery: Available for just £1 extra.

  • Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland: An additional £3 shipping fee applies to cover courier costs.

  • International Shipping: We do not currently offer international delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email. You can use these details to track your delivery directly with the courier. We work with various trusted couriers to ensure your goods arrive safely and on time.
